Order Placement

Currently, WashGuys accepts orders through:

Pickup Process

At the time of pickup:

  • Our executive inspects garments or items.
  • Visible stains, damage, missing buttons, tears, or defects may be noted.
  • Garments are counted and acknowledged.

WashGuys is not responsible for pre-existing damage identified during inspection.

Cleaning Process

After pickup:

  1. Garments are transported to the WashGuys facility.
  2. Items are sorted based on fabric type, colour, and cleaning method.
  3. Cleaning is performed using appropriate methods.
  4. Finished garments are inspected before delivery.

Delivery Process

After cleaning:

  • Garments are packed.
  • Delivery is scheduled.
  • Delivery executive returns items to the customer.

Customers are advised to verify items during delivery.

Payments

Payments may be made through:

  • UPI
  • Cash

Payment is generally collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Inform about delicate fabrics
  • Inform about expensive or designer garments

Failure to disclose special care requirements may affect service results.

  • Color bleeding
  • Damage due to weak fabric
