1. Customer schedules pickup.
2. Pickup executive arrives at the scheduled location.
3. Garments are inspected and counted.
4. Items are transported to the WashGuys facility.

1. Garments are cleaned and packed.
2. Delivery executive returns items to the customer.
3. Customer verifies items upon delivery.

Customers must ensure someone is available at the scheduled delivery time.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in rescheduling.

If garments are not collected or delivered within 30 days, storage charges may apply.

Garments unclaimed for 90 days may be donated or disposed of.
